• Customer site contacts, for arrangement of repair and maintenance activities to construction plant equipment.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Our customers may provide contact details of their client site contacts, to arrange repair and maintenance activities to construction plant equipment on behalf of our customers.

We use the information given to us to contact you regarding site attendance, repair and maintenance of construction plant equipment requested by our customers, at their client site.

We do not share your information with third-parties but may retain this information for future correspondence with client site contacts.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep phone contact details for up to 3 years, since your details were last utilized. We will then dispose your information by removing your contact details from our contact list.
